My experience was good until the day of the wedding..... 1.I realized paying for the bustle was a complete waste of money, my bustle fell within an hour of pining it up. I wouldn't recommend paying to get it done. 2. I also would not recommend purchasing the long bridesmaid dress with the one shoulder corded lace bodice with ribbon belt at waist. Now, I understand mistakes happen but, the level of ridiculousness has gone too far. Last year when my bridesmaids and I looked for dresses the lady who helped us was very kind, helpful. But, when all 5 of my bridesmaids received the WRONG dress they were made to pay the difference. I used to love working here, but the managers are extremely unprofessional and rude. In my experience, brides and bridal parties are treated excellent by the stylists and CSR’s. This store might just want to rethink it’s manager staff. I put in my 2 weeks and the last week I called in sick one day and was told by one manager not to come in the two days following so I did as I was told. I loved the dress but sadly I will never shop here again for a dress. It was very disappointing the only thing that was done to. My dress was the back part they didn't even do the breast part in. My dress they just added more padding and the top part didn't even fit I had to like safety pin the around the breast part on my wedding day. Them the lady that does alterations their tells me. Customer service at this location is terrible. Picking out your dress should be exciting, so I recommend all brides going to a place where associates will treat you with respect. The stylist helping the bride next to us, dragged gowns over my maid of honor’s head every time she passed us, and hit us with gowns as she shoved through us in an aisle when we were browsing. Bare with me, I’m rage typing. I would only recommend David’s Bridal to someone if they’re looking to get the Run around, fat shamed, and have the wrong dress ordered. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. When we had our initial appointment we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our consultant to even arrive. I DO NOT recommend Davids Bridal in Lynnwood. I have probably been there 10 times and they continue to disappoint but this last trip was the last straw and the worst. When we were at the store looking for Bridesmaid dresses the Bridal consultant that was assigned to help us did not. She didn't recommend any dresses when we told her what we were looking for. My appointment was Dec 16th. I tried on several dresses and found one I really liked. After the associate clamped the bodice of the dress, I was advised that I really should go a size smaller. The smaller size was not available in the store. I told her that I would go ahead and purchase the dress I found that day, and if I felt it needed alterations, as she suggested, to be more form fitting, I would have it done later. Terrible customer service from manager Arlene. When I purchased my wedding dress I was told that my bridesmaids would receive a discount, my girls arrived and the dress was on “flash sale” so they were not going to get the discount, basically anyone that walked in would get the same discount my bridesmaids would get for me purchasing my dress.
