I was in need of a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding that was about 4 months away. I was told that because of the color she chose, I could only choose from about 10 different styles of dresses because other styles would not arrive in time. I did not like any of the styles, and instead of getting the $80 dress that I had liked and picked out online, I was forced to spend $140 on a style I truly did not like. Not the best experience for my first time ever trying on a wedding dress. They booked my consultant with another appointment while she was working with me, so we either couldn't find her or had to wait. Wasn't fully listening to what i was asking for, and the staff i swear were monotoned robots reading a crappy script with no emotion what so ever. This has to be the worst place I have dealt with...we have a huge bridal party needjng to place orders and everyone who calls in to order and pay...get told they are too busy and to call again some other time..They have lost the dress orders and can never find anything that they told us they would have....very dissatisfied and disgusted

They were horrible. The one on one personal attention for a bride to be was non existent. They did not assist us in any way. Will never go back.

Terrible customer service. Workers run around like chickens without a head not knowing what they're even doing. We were "politely" welcomed but never again were we offered any help. Even when I stood directly in front of an employee waiting to try on dresses, she completely ignored me and started helping another customer. Don't recommend shopping here. Find a better place where employees actually know what they're doing. Sorry not sorry, but my experience here was horrible.

I was rather disappointed in my experience. I had a few dresses in mind that I was looking at, thankfully the one I really wanted to try on they had for me to try on. I am a plus size bride and the consultant only gave me one other option to try on because "there weren't many other options that would fit" according to her. I didn't know I needed an appointment to find my wedding dress, but they worked some things out for me and were able to see me. I got my dream dress. The ladies are so friendly! I had a blast. Ms. Francis made trying on dresses even more fun! Update 3/9/18. Back in February my bridesmaids picked out dresses.
