I would give a .5 if I could. Walking in WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They didn't even look at us and gave my friends and I the pointer finger to wait! And continued talking! RUDE. After they even heard I said that was rude they still did it. I felt bad my bff booked this place. And the dresses are so out dated and ugly. As we waited to pay for sandals (20min) a friend asked for help between. NO ONE CAME. By far the worst service ever. We LOVED ABC Bridal. :) the dresses had such great material for a wedding party :)

Dress was beautiful, but alterations were a nightmare. So expensive, and no one told me how much it was going to be until there were pins already in my dress. Ridiculous price for items that didn't need done. Never go there for alterations!!!!!!

Sad to say the customer service is as bad as it was almost 10 years ago when I got married. Very rude staff. Waited a half hour hoping someone would help me. Was told I needed an appointment, which I made. No one came to help and the lady who was supposed to help me was so rude. So much so that another person she was helping walked out.

I scheduled an appointment for both my wedding dress and my bridal party dresses during my appointment I did not get the help I needed the whole appointment my consultant was away when she was around she was extremely rude not to mention she brought me dresses that where 300$ over my budget after falling in love with a dress my father and I decided we would get it, I was fitted as a size 2 and told the consultant that’s what I needed. The only positive about this store is the amount of dresses they have in the inventory. I went here and ended up falling In love with my dress. Being newly engaged I was not aware of my size, my own fault I trusted what the consultant had told me in the size to order. When my dress came in it was 3x my size. I was specifically told I could return a bridesmaid dress up until the point that I went to pick it up or had it shipped to my house. Now that the dress has arrived I am being told all sales are final once the payment is made. I had them clarify this policy to be sure I could get a refund and now they will not honor it and they don't have call recording to look up what I was told in my call. I am very disappointed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to “go look around and someone will come find you” after walking around aimlessly for several minutes, because I was given no direction, a very nice lady, whose name I either wasn’t given or didn’t hear, came to find me. Worst bridal experience ever! I go in there with an appointment and am not even helped when I walk in. I ask for someone to help me and the associate says “I don’t know whose going to help you” . She then comes back to to tell me she’s going to help me and ask me what I want and I let her know , only for her to tell me 1 min later someone else is going to help me!
