I had the worse experience! I would never return nor recommend to my worse enemy. At first they seemed very nice by quickly turned into a carsales men. Promised me I could make payments on my dress, cried, did the whole bell thing and last minute was like sorry, I need all the money now. I did purchase my dress there because of the sale and I was truly in love. Received the dress, made me sign for it and wouldn't even help me try it on. At which point it didn't fit and I was shit out of luck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Went in for an interview here, but it was more focused on did I find a dress yet and about scheduling an appointment. They are only focused on getting a dress sold not customer service first.
I arrived about 10 minutes early and the consultant that was suppose to help me didn’t even arrive yet. Which was fine, I assumed she’d be there for our appointment. 15 minutes after the appointment started she finally arrived. The other workers noticed myself and my mom just wandering around the floor and asked if someone was helping us yet because our consultant apparently showed up but never came to find us. After making an appointment, I showed up with my mother to do some dress shopping. Luckily this was our last stop of the day because had this been my first experience in dress shopping I probably would have been in tears and not wanted to continue looking for a wedding dress. After getting into the dressing room we found out that the person helping us had to double up on brides because someone called in sick. If I could rate zero stars I would... honestly I don't know what has happened to David's. Maybe different management I don't know. I've been here multiple times to get my sisters and best friends wedding dress. I've seen so many and I knew my wedding dress would be there as well. I came in and the crew working on Monday 12/18/17, where the rudest yet. My consultant was snappy and made me go look for my own dresses I wanted to try on. I went a few weekends ago for my first ever wedding dress shopping experience. I went with my future MIL and one of my best friends. The consultant asked me right in front of them what my budget was and I pulled her aside and told her as I am paying for my own dress and didn’t want them knowing what I had chosen for my budget. GO TO BRIDAL ELEGANCE INSTEAD!!I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses in the store today and was very disappointed with the experience. I had gone online and printed out pictures of 10-12 dresses from the david's bridal website that I wanted to try on and they only had 3 of those in the store. I quickly tried on these 3 dresses with no help from the sales associate who was with another bride. None of the dresses were what I wanted so I started to leave. We were working with Morgan today and she was amazing. She was so helpful in finding me wedding dresses to try on and when my family brought out dresses they wanted me to try on she was super helpful. I ended up leaving with the most amazing dress and will recommend you in the future.
