Usually every time I go I don't have a issue, but my friend is engaged and was looking around at what kind of wedding dresses she wanted to wear for her wedding, and the lady who was "helping" her out told her that she needed a boob job becase none of the dresses would fit her because she is flat chested and the dresses wouldn't fit her in that area.... Do not use this store!! I was told just 6 days BEFORE the wedding that "there's nothing we can do to fix your dress." After 4 alterations, and a promise from the alterations manager that my dress would be fixed, I left with a dress that did not fit me correctly. I took my dress home and had to find a private seamstress who fixed the dress correctly within three days… Clearly David's bridal did not know what they were doing. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service over received!

I have been at Sawmill and Morse Rd. locations. I am MOB and Sawmill was very good with my daughter. But as far as I go, I get the vibe that I'm not important enough, and have had to browse for 30 mins or so and no one approached me. This last time 3/27/17, was much better. Rachel helped me out this time and she was wonderful! Now for Morse Rd. 1st time Wendy followed me to the parking lot to give me her card. She was really sweet. My fiancé went to this location to look at dresses for her, her bridesmaids, and flower girls. What she got in return was poor service, a rushed atmosphere, and a decision to not buy her wedding dress from this store. -She told her consultant her budget and the consultant constantly tried to send her well outside said budget. I understand that these folks work on commission, but if someone tells you they cannot afford something, quit trying to show them what they cannot afford. I will never shop here again. Not only was it the wort customer service experience I have ever had in my life but my dress is not ready in time. First when I put my dress on layaway I met a lady for alterations she was very rude and when I told her I was PREGNANT she stopped talking and looked at her paper and shook her head and scoffed at me. The people that works there are very rude...they don't make you feel comfortable...they need to work on their customer service foreals..

We were told after filling out paperwork to go ahead and look and pull some dresses and our consultant will be with us shortly as the consultant approached us I overheard her saying their asses are already pulling dresses let me go over here..... I personally think dealing with the public and such an intimate situation as far as a wedding they should be taught patience etiquette and courtesy I will not be getting my dress from David Bridal

I don't typically do this but I'm frustrated to no end with you guys. While I absolutely loved getting to pick out my wedding dress and the sweet lady who helped me was phenomenal, I'm pretty disappointed that I'm not able to return my dress to you guys. While I had no idea that I would need to return my dress, not being able to do so when I literally tried it on once in the store, never took it out of the bag, and had NO ALTERATIONS made to it is quite ridiculous.
