I will not be back and I would not recommend this store to anyone! I made my bridal appointment and bridal party appointment for the same day to save a trip and we were treated poorly. I tried on two dresses and Paula, I believe was her name, was no help whatsoever. She was very rude and pushy. I felt as if I had to purchase a dress after only trying on two. I love my dress, but I wish I had not purchased it here.

Very rude. We had an appointment for bridesmaids dresses. We saw our consultant for a total of 5 minutes before she left to help someone else and never return. We were trying on dresses blind not knowing what styles were available in certain sizes and color. A lady just kept on watching us and making rude comments instead of offering to help. Don't waste your time coming to this location! Go somewhere else! Almost 2 years ago I purchased my wedding dress from this location. We went and looked through the racks and picked out dresses we wanted to try. Yesterday went shopping for a wedding dress for my Mom! The associate helping us had ZERO energy so we started looking through the racks and bringing dresses for her to try! I ordered my dress and once it came in I got the email. I called and decided to have it shipped to me. Gave the girl my address. It's now been over a week still no dress. So I decided to call thinking something happened to it . Girl said she is very sorry they have been really busy . They just sent it out today. Wheen we arrived we we're treated like scum by a rep by the name of Raul. He treated us as if we were not worthy of shopping in the store or we couldnt afford ANYTHING, literally refused to help us my sister and cousin are both brides to be. They just happen to work for the government as well as their spouses, our parents are well off as well!! Thank God for Carly and Lisa for being so helpful to us and turned our frowns upside down. #bigmistakeRAUL
