The lady who was supposed to take care of us barely focused on the group and left us feeling confused. It would have been nice to have my dress checked for alterations and for her to know what she was talking about. It was so bad I can't even remember her name.

I was told to look around and get an idea of what I wanted in my wedding gown, and that someone would be with me shortly. After almost half an hour we left and went to Bridal Novias and we were helped immediately. Customer service is obviously not their top priority. *edited to add* Gave them one more chance. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you call to confirm and appt and how many girls will be trying on dresses, there should be enough dressing rooms. I was on time, but my consultant was not available. After waiting I was provided with a replacement who was already helping another bride. Not once did the consultant swap sizes or help me locate dresses I was interested in. The few interactions were to see if we were ready to purchase. We starting looking for a dress in Cambridge on Sat. 7 pm We found a dress however size they didn't have they called Hamilton, they did have the size and agreed to put on hold for 24 hours under my name. Went home made an appt for Sunday morning in Hamilton so that we would be able to try this dress on for 11am Sunday. Second time writing this is guessing davids bridal doesn't want to post it since it isn't favorable for them. I first made an appointment in the store to try on dresses the lady who was helping me had an attitude and acted like we were just wasting her time. I went to Davids Bridal to purchase my wedding gown. Every time i went, I got pretty crappy customer service (forget the fact that I spent $2000 on my wedding dress here). The only great experience I had is with my alterations lady, Mrs. Trekina! (Will be back for 2nd final fitting next week) She is not only super personable and very friendly, she makes you feel so good and definitely handles the job. Worst place ever to buy a wedding dress from. My daughters dress was $1,400.00 and they never warned me about alteration charges. She went back for alterations and they said it would be another $660.00 to alter the damn dress. Should be included in the original price, or at the very least a warning when we bought the dress!!

Where do I begin? My entire experience was awful! From looking for a wedding dress to my bridesmaids dresses. When I went into my appointment to try on wedding dresses (for the first time ever), the lady that helped me out put me in a bra two sizes too big and the wrong slip.
