It's okay. I've come here for three different people's weddings. Never booked enough space despite advising how big the party is. Two of the three times the consultant has other parties to tend to at the same time which usually results in some personality conflict because everyone wants the consultants attention. We walked in to just LOOK at dresses and we were told "we needed someone to help us look for dresses? " The girl at the front was soooo rude as we walked in and didn't even bother to help. I was just here to kill time, if killing time meant I should have been rude to, that is not how I'd like to spend my time. They're greedy here too. Don't spend your hard earned money here the people are rude when they "don't have time for you".

The availability of dresses to try on was awful, no one cared to listen to what I was looking for, and when I received the dress I bought (only because I didn't have time to look elsewhere) it came in a clear plastic bag. I can't even keep it in my home because my fiancé can see it. You'd think hundreds of dollars spent would at least deserve a proper bag, but another option wasn't even offered.

Where do I start... Make sure your employees know 100% the policies to your store. I was told that if I exchange my veil for a lower priced veil...I could put the rest towards my alterations. I was told this by the alterations Manager. I was so upset because I felt like no one was helping me not evening the front manager at the register. Wrote a review a few weeks ago as a bridesmaid, but am changing it now that I have gone in as a bride with MY bridesmaids... made an appointment with my girls a week in advance. I was supposed to have around 6 girls at the appointment & my mother in law (for her dress) so I got to David's Bridal early to do any paperwork before hand.
