I think your policy to not hold a dress is crazy even if it was for 24 hours. I also think that if you don't have a size and someone needs to order it that you can't even return it if it doesn't fit. If you mandate it being delivered to the store for pick up you can then give the client and opportunity to try the dress on and if it doesn't fit right they have the option to return it with refund. I would never just order a dress without trying it on first because every dress fits differently. You really limit your clients... read more

Thieves!!!! Bait & Switch!! Less than poor customer service!! A bunch of old hags in there! Completely out of touch with any generation after Moses. They suck!!!!

This was the worst experience ever. Too bad there was no option for zero stars because I would've left that. I made an appointment for 4:30, arrived 10 minutes early and was told to look at the dress selection and never was able to try on a dress in the "supposed" dressing room. My stylist just left me and didn't check to see if I had a dress until after I asked for a manager from the person that was at the welcome desk..the manager came over and apologized, stated one stylist didn't show so everyone had to double up on gues... read more

Do not go to David's Bridal on Veterans shopping for Prom Dresses!! They are doing Bait and Switch!!!! There is a 50% off rack! My niece tried on 4 dresses from that rack and when she chose one within her budget. She was rung up full price! The cashier, Mary Ann, rudely told her well it's not 50% off. It has to have a tag on it. Her mother explained that none of the dresses she tried on from that rack had special tags on them. They went back to the rack and found only 1 dress on the entire rack with a special tag. The cashie... read more

No clue why they have you make an appointment and wait for a stylist. All the stylist does is open a fitting room for you. Forget being catered to or help with sizes and other options.

This store is specifically geared to young 'it's all about the dress' brides. I'm almost 60, planning a very simple wedding and was looking for a much simpler dress than the usual. When the salesperson assigned to me saw me her face fell. Honestly. Great start. She was uninterested from the start. I tried on a couple of 'mother of the bride' dresses. She didn't bother to even look for others. I left after 1/2 hour.

I walked in the store two people were waiting counter no one said hello, went picked out four gowns took my mom dressing room and helped her finally young lady that was helping a wedding party saw us asked if we been taken care of I said no I took care myself she said soon as I'm done with the wedding party I'll help you . By time I went took mom to counter to buy the outfit no one else came to help . Products were good service not the greatest.

I just called because I'm in a wedding and the bride bought our dresses online. Mine came two sizes to big. I called the store to see what I needed to do. The person who I was speaking to was so rude. She asked why don't I just consider getting alterations, I told her I was trying to just see if I can get it exchanged so I'm not spending more than I need to, she put me on hold, then came back on and said the store doesn't deal with anything bought online call customer service then hung up.
