I hate I have to give them even one star, but I guess that can go for the sales consultant we worked with in the past. Yesterday was the fitting after alterations for my daughters dress and right off something that should have already been done WAS NOT so we were told to wait and they would fix it. An hour later there were still issues so they took the dress back multiple times and then a different person tried arguing with me about why she shouldn't do this!!! I'd just like to start off by stating the my fiancé absolutely hates this place. Every time she has has had to come here I get told that the customer service is terrible. She has not been impressed at all and quite frankly I don't think any of the women who work there could care less. When she had to go down to Alexandria David's down there was a night and day difference. Of course the dress selection has no comparison. She loves her dress. "Customer service. Inventory was wonderful. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30-Someone finally came to me at 10:50. My friends and I picked out the wedding dresses we thought would be good and we were scolded for doing so. She did help me try on the dresses we picked. The Sales lady went to get another dress but smaller for me and asked about my choices from online and was gone for about 20 minutes. She totally did not care and left me hanging. This isn't about the dress itself - it's lovely and I can't wait to wear it. The experience, though, was pretty bad (caveat: Maha from alterations is wonderful and gave it her all). I had initially purchased a dress in August '16 with the plan to have some of the illusion netting removed on the back (an alteration suggested by the sales associate when I told her I didn't like the back, with the assurance that it was straightforward). Absolutely horrible. The bride made an appointment and the woman who helped us was also helping at least two other groups. All we knew was what color we wanted for the bridesmaids dresses so we told her and picked out dresses and decided to get them. The salesperson made shitty comments about not seeing us in the dresses when we did measurements like it was our fault that she was helping someone else. I had a terrible customer service experience at David's bridal today. I went in with one of my bridesmaids to pick out her bridesmaid dress and no one paid any mind to us we were ignored the entire time and treated like crap by our consultant. Then upon trying on dresses for over an hour with no help my bridesmaid picked the dress that she liked and we went up to buy it. I had Kelly. I'm mother of the bride. I told her wedding colors were amethyst and teal. She kept pushing this navy dress. I told her I like dress but not color. She said I love navy and purple. I also said its not very forgiving. She said just wear 2 spanks. I felt rushed. While we were talking a coworker walked by and said I need to talk you before she left. After that totally distracted. Very unprofessional of the lady who said it. My daughter bought her dress in San Jose store. We had a good experience there.

All the bridesmaid dresses looked like the inside of a coffin, but the wedding gowns were nice.

Showed up for my alteration APPOINTMENT and they had triple booked my slot and were short staffed. I can never get through to anyone. The front desk does not answer the phones and the alterations department's phone doesn't even ring. They are always short staffed and rush you. Customer service is non existent. Period.
