Be careful, people were great but it has been one delay after another. Months later still no dress.

I made an appointment with the assumption that I would actually be getting personalized help... The only thing the girl did for me was open up a dressing room. None of the girls working there were very friendly when I walked in and when I wanted a different size I also had to try to find that myself...found a dress within a half hour but was a little uncomfortable with how people kept watching me but not interacting with me...the only redeeming factor when they didn't have my size in the dress I liked was that the store man... read more

Very poor customer service. We went in the store on 2 occasions and the associates were rude both times. We had an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses and they didn't have anyone available when we got there. (There were several associates just standing around) We were told to just go find what we like and someone would be there shortly. They FORGOT to send someone. They were not very helpful and the young man I did ask seemed like he had no clue what we were talking about even after I showed him a picture off there website

The staff never once asked if we needed help. Even after they heard our complaints, they seem uninterested in assisting us or rectifying the problem. I'm so glad that we went somewhere else and received a much more personal experience. Weddings are stressful enough on brides...

When I walked in they said welcome to David's bridal then asked if I had an appointment that was it. Then I started looking around was finding anything so I went back up and asked questions a lady told me this is where bridesmaid dresses are and mother of the bride dresses and that was it. No one offered any extra assistance to see why I was there or what I was looking for specifically. I'm getting married in November and new to this and left clueless. I was told that we would have a personal consultant for an hour to help in our search for a dress for my daughter's prom. My daughter and I had an appointment at 6:30. The store was not busy since a large group left as we arrived. We were told to look around. The consultant didn't come to "help" for another 20 minutes.
