all tho i purchased a dress The lady who was helping me wasnt that friendly had such a fake laugh and kept bringing me dresses i said i wouldn't wear... guess if your dropping alot of money the service would have been better...

I had a great experience with the people who helped me pick out my dress and helped with the first alterations appointment. However, they lost me at my second alterations appointment. As the associate brought out my dress she dragged over half of it on the floor. Seeing my horrified expression she lifted the dress up about two inches. Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. I will be telling all my friends and family to not shop at any of your locations. Employees made me feel like I was not worthy to purchase anything because I was looking at items on sale.

Not accommodating. My daughter purchased her dress" but I feel she should of went to another bridal store. No working bathrooms. We were told to leave the store and use some other stores facilities. The employee said said all employees use other stores facilities. There were many customers there. Everyone was being crammed in. No individual attention being made for my daughter's needs. I was given awful looking dresses to try on as mother of the bride. Do not use this place. Horrible experience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with anything when they altered my dress and was suppose to put on it and the button for the train and sew my dash on my dress and I came in 4 months later to try it on and they only hemmed one layer of the dress and they didnt put the straps on and they only sewed one corner of the sash and didn't do the button for the train and then tried to tell me it was going to be another 150 dollars to do the rest i of course went to a manger and she said they would fix it and I didn't h... read more
