I was not happy with my appointment at the Nashua store. I was in the middle of the consultation with Gail and some woman walked in and interrupts our conversation. Ok, that's fine, but what upset me was the fact that this lady was put in a different dressing area and proceeded to stand in my mirror every time I got out of my dressing room. We had an appointment. We got there on time. We waited for 20-30 minutes for the lady to help us. When she started helping us she helped the bride get the dress she wanted then got our bridesmaids dresses. We tried them on. We didn't see her again til another group of bridesmaids came in. I had the dress on. My clothes and my purse was still in the dressing room when she came back around and put someone elses name on my room. I am beyond pissed!! My experience with this store has been so horrible.. I was not messured correct neither were my 5 bridesmaids!! I would NEVED recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks so much for ruining what shoyld of been the best day of my life!! YOU PEOPLE SUCK!!

Overall terrible experience! While we were there trying on bridesmaids dresses, they gave us one room for 5 people. The associate was very preoccupied the entire time. To top it off, they ordered the wrong dresses for two of my bridesmaids! My bridesmaid spend an hour and 45 minutes in there trying to sort it out. I was promised a phone call from the manager, but never received one. Not only have they not apologized, they have failed to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We won't be back.

Worst experience ever. I scheduled an appointment for 3/18/17 at 2pm for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. My consultant was rude and tried to rush us during our appointment. All 6 of my bridesmaids had to share a dressing room to try on dresses. My maid of honor had to run and look for different sizes of dresses for my other bridesmaids because my consultant kept disappearing on us. There was nowhere for me to sit while they changed clothes. Didn't have the dresses pulled that was picked out ahead of us coming in. Then didn't have but one of the dresses we were there to see. The store was very busy but they were only using one side of the store's dressing rooms.Way too many people in one area. The only good thing I can say is that the girl helping us was doing her best to help us. Over all not the best experience. Would not recommend them. Felt like it was bait and switch because nobody contacted us about them not having the dresses we came to see.

If I could give them zero stars I would. �went in with bridal party and tried a dress (size was much too large but they clipped it for me) with a slit and the slit was not too high for my taste. I was never told this slit would be higher once in the right size. Also I paid extra for added length to the gown since I'm near 6ft. They told me I needed 4" but this particular style didn't come in 4" longer but 6" so I would have to pay for it to be hemmed. Fine. But once I received it the slit was WAY higher than at the store.
