Went into David's Bridal on University today to pick up my wedding dress. The dress I tried on and settled with in the store (way back in September) was WHITE, all I needed was a different size, so we had to order one. I get there today and it is PINK. Apparently the white one has been discontinued, (could have found this out earlier) and I am currently 3 months away from our wedding day. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had an appointment at 3 pm on Saturday i understand that it's a busy day and prom season, but when you are a bridal shop you should have an area for brides. There were so many people that my bridal party had no where to sit. I was stuck in a small corner dressing room with dirty carpet and nowhere to sit my clothes but on the dirty floor. Sophia was AMAZING!!! They were not RUDE, as the other Bridal shop was! Definitely would recommend them!

I went yesterday with my four bridesmaid for them to find a dress. I made this appointment 2 months ago and they didn't even have my paperwork ready. I had to wait 20 minutes to get waited on and when we finally got back there, there was no where to sit and our consultant didn't really know what she was doing. She told us the dress came in all the colors when it only came in two. Also they over booked that day so they didn't have enough employees very disappointed

As much as i loved the lady that found my wedding dress for me i have had nothing but issues since then with my bridesmaids. Between the attitude they receive from the ladies that work there (when just trying on their dresses) to the lack u Of updating everything in the computer system (that i pushed to update 3 times already) to the fact they cant even accommodate the dress that i have had picked out for my bridesmaids... They had a lot of appointments setup I don't think they gave me the time I needed to pick a dress out and the sales person wasn't knowledgeable.
I went to Davids in October of 2016,the associate who help me was named Robert, I had a total of ten in my bridal party, was stated one price for my bridesmaid gowns but the paid a different price when they placed their order. I spent 1400 hundred dollars on my gown and my 2 maid of honors spent 200 a peice on theirs. The bridemaids was given 20 dollars off of their gown. They told me they would hold my prom dress for 24 hours, so I could bring my Mom with me so she could see it on me. We returned to the store within 24 hours and the dress was no longer being held, and was sold to someone else. The other dress that was being held for me was also not on hold, and was returned to the floor for sale. After coming home early from vacation, and driving 40 minutes, my Mom spoke with the manager about this problem.
