The lady that helped me was very rude and very short was a horrible experience... I'm not tall at all and they wouldn't give me a shorter dress so I will HAVE to pay to get it altered. I'm a size 14 and the lady brought me a size 22 to try on I was so insulted!

They are busy and seem short of staff. Everything felt so rushed. For the alteration appointment, I arrived a half hour early and waited over an hour to get alterations. The seamstress was good but constantly interrupted and had to excuse her self to assist others during my appointment. I was there for over two hours to alter one wedding dress.

I did not receive enough personalized attention even though I made an appointment. I probably could've tried on 10 more dresses during my appointment if someone was actively helping me. They switched consultants halfway through my appointment but my second consultant was much better because she was attentive to my needs

I was unhappy with this experience. This is my second wedding, i went to Davids bridal the first time and found my dress. Yesterday i went in after saving dresses to my favorites on the David website...so my party was more prepared. I had approximately 12 dresses saved. Once we arrived for our appointment, they did not have ONE dress from my favorites. Ouch. I tild her my budget was around $300. She brought me 3 dresses and none of them are what i had pictured. Do not use David's Bridal! Their cheaply made dresses are overpriced and once they get your money, they don't care if you receive the dress in time for your event. -------------- I originally ordered my bridesmaid dress using they're Black Friday promo code in December under quick delivery and was given a delivery date of January. Great! But then the rollercoaster started. Without notifying me my December order was cancelled due to lack of inventory. When I got my wedding dress there. And altered there, the did the alterations backwards. And it was 3 weeks before my wedding. They wanted to over night a floor model from another location, but still keep my money of a full price dress.

Not sure why they even have you make an appointment ahead of time seeing how the only thing the "consultant" did was show us to our room and not once offered any help or to see how we were doing. There were several employees on the floor and the place didn't seem too busy either. When we walked in we were greeted and asked to sign in then were told to browse.
