Alex and Kim were simply amazing!!! I went in for accessories and slip for my dress, I only wish I would of went to this location as opposed to Dearborn where the service was horrible!!

Well I think that Stephanie should be fired. She offered the worst customer service I have ever gotten. She told my maid of honor she was way too big for a dress and that she would not try to zip it up because my maid of honor would "bust out the seam". Then she proceeded to take the dress away from my maid of honor to give to someone else. Doubt I'll be coming back.

Buyer beware because you will be SOL at David's if you are unhappy with your purchase. My fiancée was offered no refund or store credit.

Had an appt, nobody helped, but as soon as we were at the register with our purchase our "sales person" was eager to ring us up.

slowest customer service. For the number of ppl in the store there were not at all enough workers and only 2 ppl working the register with one of them on the phone forever.

I called to cancel my alterations appt and just wanted to pick the dress up and take it home. I said 3x within this phone call that I am picking it up tomorrow. I am traveling an hour from Massachusetts to get the dress from this location.... When I got there I stood in the first line that's to the right of the store for 20 minutes just to be told I need the register that's on the left side of the store.
