I didn't like my experience there at all I asked this woman for help because she was just going around straightening up while the other ladies was helping other women. The way she looked at me was like she didn't want to help me because I wasn't a size 0 she tried to tell me she was with another customer after I have watched her do nothing but put dresses in different places. It's sad that they're considered the affordable option. The consultant was nice but didn't help much picking dresses. Even with the sale and clearance options there wasn't much available.

Went to David's bridal in Whitehall for my second wedding dress. Granted it was insanely busy that day but I I had made an appointment approximately a week prior. We went for a bridal appt. The consultant was nice but was also helping another bridal party during our appointment time. We were reminded of our appt time ending and felt rushed. Also felt like we were started with the most expensive dresses over the sale dresses. Went to another local bridal shop without an appt later the same day and was treated very special and personal. We ended up purchasing a dress elsewhere.

Horrible from the beginning. I made an appointment for 3:30. No one came to help me until 3:50, then proceeded to tell me the appointment only went until 4:30 (you are given an hour from the appointment start, regardless of when they decide they are ready to help you). If I could give them no stars I would, my stylist left me to help another bride, she the sent someone else to help me which kept bringing me dresses that were ugly or to big. Then the manager came to help me n got called away for a issue in the front. By this time I got myself out of an ugly dress in to my clothes and told my mom lets leave.
