I purchased my dress January 21 2017. I was told and it was written on my receipt that my dress would be in March 6th. I was also told I would receive an email and a phone call when it come into the store. On March 15th I had not received an email or phone call so I called the store. The associate I spoke with told me that my dress had come in February 14th. I verified with her that I had not been contacted by email or phone that my dress was at the store. Don,t over book! If an 11:00 apt comes in she should see the next available sales associate. Instead I waited over 30 minutes to see someone when other people that came in later was seen first! The associate I had wasn't needed! I found my daughter an empty dressing rooom, I had to find additional dresses for my daughter, I did everything! Then when she found the time she asked if we could move to the other side of the store and use a very small dressing room in the corner!!! I had an appointment today and initially felt like I was going to leave without a dress. My stylist was still working with the previous person and I was left to look on my own for a while. I hate shopping so the idea of looking myself made me frustrated. However, I waited and my stylist Samantha was able to focus on my appointment and pull dresses that I was describing to her. Very rude employees I had a scheduled appointment the desk lady checked me in had me stand to the side then a group of 6 ladies with no appointment come walking in and the desk lady right away called someone to help them they ended up receiving service before me. I will never go back to this place again
When we got there our consultant was rolling her eyes and complaining about her job right in front of us before she called our party back. From there she kept bringing dresses that were not what the bride was requesting. We finally found a dress ourselves for the bride. Then she didn't seem to want to help with the belt and got an attitude when another bride gave us some input. We have 8 bridesmaids in our bridal party, and I also bought my gown from Davids bridal so I expected much better service than what I received. When choosing my bridesmaids' dress we had no problem. Only 5 girls were with, and the next weekend I brought one of the other bridesmaids to get fitted as suggested by a stylist. I'm very disappointed with how my experience ended with this David's bridal! The price for the dress I did purchase was great and very affordable. The problem is when we had are dress fitting. My whole wedding party and I had the are alterations done on the same appointment, and the women was RUDE! Hardly said one word to me never really asked what I wanted at all! I will not be going back to this location. I didn't like their customer service AT ALL. First they started my bridesmaid session late. I had to ask who to speak to for sizes because no one was helping us.Secondly there is NO reason why I asked for a dress at 8:05 (I asked MULTIPLE times after that) and i was NEVER helped.I was given the run around, then I was told they couldn't bring out dresses after a certain time. So no I will NOT be spending my money at this location.
