I will not be going back to this location. I didn't like their customer service AT ALL. First they started my bridesmaid session late. I had to ask who to speak to for sizes because no one was helping us.Secondly there is NO reason why I asked for a dress at 8:05 (I asked MULTIPLE times after that) and i was NEVER helped.I was given the run around, then I was told they couldn't bring out dresses after a certain time. So no I will NOT be spending my money at this location.
Do not go there if you wear a size 2. There were hardly any gowns in that size.
Went to David's Bridal for my bridal appointment today. Our consultant was terrible she obviously hated her career choice and should not be allowed to help brides looking for their wedding dress. First she didn't have that excitement about her that a consultant should, she asked only a couple of questions on what I was looking for, she told myself and my bridesmaid we were NOT allowed to touch any of the dresses SHE would be doing the choosing on which dresses I would be allowed to try on. I was there yesterday with my daughter and her best friend looking for prom dresses. We found a pretty good selection. We were kicked out of the wedding dress section because we didn't have a consultant, really??? Maybe a sign would help or even block off the section so possible customers don't wonder around .....When we were given our "consultant" she just stuck us in a dressing room and never paid any attention to us. I had a great experience when it came time to find my bridal gown and my bridesmaid dresses. Each time I didn't have a appointment and I came back multiple times for my bridesmaid because they couldn't all come at one time. However my complaint is in the alterations department. For my first alterations appointment I had the "non" foreign women and it went great! She was so helpful and nice. Not getting told the brides maids dresses were even ready to be picked up and being threatened that they will be sent back if not picked up!!!! They were paid in full!!!
Worst expirence of my life. It's a shame that in the three separate appointments that I have booked to make sure my first and only wedding is close to perfect.. we have yet to receive good customer service.. i cant remember the name of the girl that was supposed to be my consultant.. that could be becuase she was gone most of the time.
