Walked into just to look around and price dresses. NOT ONE sales person in the building acknowledged me. There was a sales person at the register looking at receipts or such. Another one was at the front table, using white out to correct pages in a note book. I walked by 2 sales people that looked right past me. I was in the store for 20 minutes and no one said anything BUT when I proceeded to the door, a sales person told me to " have a good night." This store is a joke. Terrible customer service!!! I will not be back!

Do I HAVE to give this place any stars at all? Not impressed AT ALL. Went here yesterday with my friend for her to try on dresses for her wedding. Appt was at 12:30 . No consultant for a half hour even came by. Online said this store has the dress she was looking for, consultant tells us it's not in the store, and not only that, but that the online store is separate from the store itself. Had to get all her dresses for herself, consultant was not there to help her with anything- AT ALL, and basically left her hanging to f... read more

I wish I would've read these reviews before I decided to shop here. For my wedding gown, I had the sweetest consultant, Hope. She helped me find the dress I've always pictured myself in and made me feel beautiful. That's literally the only reason this review is getting any stars. It has been a NIGHTMARE ever since. We went back for my bridesmaids and had a very rude consultant who hardly helped, and I only had 3 girls to try on dresses. I don't remember her name, it starts with a D. Danielle something? Apparently, the general public is supposed to know the difference between a "bridesmaid's" dress and a "special occasion" dress when they are all mixed in together in the bridesmaid dress section. Ended up walking out empty handed because the dress was DOUBLE what they advertised on their sign.

I swear on my life I have had the worst experiences (yes, more than one) with this store. I'm afraid to even sent this complaint because I still need to get my dress pressed and I am afraid of what will happen next. I booked an appointment on Monday so I could have more of a one on one attention. It took a lot longer than I expected! I felt rushed at the end. They were short staffed and when I tried calling them that morning no one answered, but as I was at the registered checking out they kept answering the phone.

The consultant we had was absolutely horrible, not very helpful and when she said she was going to do something she never did it. Then it took about 20 min to get us checked out.
