� wasn't the great experience it should have been.. Assistant was great at helping but as the time became nearer to closing it was clearly time to go.. I felt as if I should have gone out of town to have the memorable experience I hoped for. Didn't have any experience to hurry and tell 14 bridesmaids give your money here..

My consultant rushed me out the door. I tried on 2 dresses and she said "okay have a great day." I was in the dresses 30 seconds and she was rushing me to take them off. I'll go somewhere else :)

Ordered 6 Bridesmaids dresses right after Thanksgiving. All the girls were there to be measured to ensure they received the right size, etc. dresses come in in February and NONE fit! I paid almost $200 a dress in advance for them to come in wrong! Then they wanted to charge an additional $100 per dress to fix their screw up...claim they only measure "to get a kinda about size"!! RIDICUOLUS!! Now I'm stuck with finding someone to alter the dresses at a reasonable cost!

I was a little disappointed when my bridal party went to look at dresses. Almost 3/4 of the way through looking the manager came over to assist us, I'm guessing because the girl who originally helped us probably had anxiety with all the chaos of six woman trying on 20 dresses anyhow 3/4 of the way through the girl who was assigned to us disappeared my sister sat waiting in a dress for 15 minutes waiting for the alteration lady to come see her I had to go find the manager to let her know our girl disappeared and alteration la... read more

I was a late addition to a wedding (March, and wedding is August 5th) so, not too late. I called David's Bridal the next day after being asked (end of February), and told them the wedding date, and wanted to make sure I would have a dress on time. Two different girls told me 19 weeks for Vera Wang dresses, and that I would be fine. Very dissapointed in the service provided here. After purchasing my dream dress, myself along with my wedding party has had nothing but issues. Problems ranging from none of my bridesmaids information being imputed into the system after hours of sizing and debating on dress, false advertising of prices, to them "forgetting" to order my veil. Although the dresses are beautiful, given a do-over I would go elsewhere for a better bridal experience.
