Picking out my daughters prom dress was not even close to being as stressful as we thought it would be!! Will be back next year with my youngest daughter !!

Stylist had two appointments at the same time. There was too much wasted time while we waited for another dress. She was clearly rushed. Didn't find the dress, going somewhere where staff is more knowledgeable and can didicate more time for us to pick the right dress for suck a special occasion.

The alterations to my brides maids dress was more then the dress itself and when I came in to pick it up there was a weird arrow in a white crayon which was not there previously granted the staff did what they could to get it for me however I should not have had to come into this issue I will take my business elsewhere in the future! Not worth the money and time I invested into this dress!

I found a beautiful dress and Taylor was amazing and very helpful. I did feel rushed when told I had 10 minutes left and she helped to find the dress. All selections I liked online were not available. While trying on dresses and attempting to talk to her about what I was looking for another sales lady kept interrupting me and was very pushy and rude to do so. Pretty much what everybody else wrote is how I feel too. I think we saw our consultant twice throughout the for several hours that day we were there trying to find dresses for 3 bridesmaids. I don't even think we were sized properly. I'm hoping I have better luck at a different location.

Didn't have my size,had to order a dress that I couldn't try on and I'm told all sales are final. Seemed a little trashy inside and not very put together. I would not recommend this place to anyone
