I had such an awful experience at the Madison Heights store. They were so insensitive to my weight. When I ordered my dress, the sales person indicated that even though the top of the dress was large, I couldn't get into the smaller size because of the size of my stomach. I picked up my dress yesterday and it just so happened that I lost some weight. The halter top was so large, but I was told that when I get the right bra, it will be fine. Went for bridesmaid dresses and all my girls picked them out quickly but for some reason had to stand around for another 30 minutes to get checked out. A dress my mom had picked out for herself, which was also on display at the front of the store, we are unable to order. Wasn't able to get a clear answer on why, tried calling another store and am unable to get through to talk to anyone. Very poor customer service. They are not well equipped to handle how busy they get on weekends.

I had an appointment today at 12:30. The woman that "helped" us (I don't even know her name because she didn't introduce herself) asked me what color/style we were going for. After the bridesmaids tried on dresses, she came back and said "oh, that's what you want?" Which was extremely rude. When we went to pay, one of the dresses didn't come in the color we had decided on and the cashier was basically trying to get me to change all of my colors. Rude stylist, did not want to pull dresses, talked behind brides back to another employee, did not want to listen or help out at all. Extremely overcrowded horrible experience! We ordered our wedding dress and brides maids dresses there a few days ago. We were told that our brides maids that weren't there that day needed to call and order their dresses as soon as possible or they would be out of stock.
