The newly renovated store is such an improvement. Prices for prom dress were great!

Initially walking in the door the hostess was very non- customer service focus! After being assigned to an awesome Stylist Alexis! Everything went up hill from there. Thankful I have faith and patient and over look some and not all people . If wasn't for Alexis I would have went else where .

My niece had an appointment to try on wedding dresses yesterday. I personally did a better job at helping my niece than the associate that was supposed to be helping us. We told her what we were looking for and my nieces size, but she did nothing to help us actually try to find anything. Once we found a few dresses and my niece was trying them on, the associate never tried to inquire from my niece what she liked or disliked about the dresses. Lady came to dressing room yelling at my daughter saying this is for my client get out. She told her that she was told to change in there. She started swearing and said she would be back and she better get out. I wish I was told this while we were there because I have had a nice talk with this lady. Don't ever go there.

At David's Bridal, I came in with basically an unlimited budget, so lots of wiggle room to work with. I told the consultant exactly what I wanted and she came back with nothing that I said I wanted. I kept showing pictures of what I wanted and still she came back with nothing I wanted. She didn't know how to properly clip the dress if it was too big. My party was given one chair. One. So most of my party was standing. There was about 40 people back around the fitting rooms and it was insane how crowded it was. It was uncomfo... read more

This was the first place I made an appointment at to look for my wedding dress, I wanted it to be a very special experience. Instead, I had to share my consultant with another bride and look for dresses all on my own. I only tried on two dresses because I was so frustrated with the lack of help, so I left. I decided to give them one more try when it came to my bridesmaids. I made the appointment. I loved my bridal experience when I picked out my wedding gown. But when my bridesmaids and I went this last time, the experience was anything but. Our consultant showed us to their fitting rooms and then vanished. We didn't see her but one other time. We had to ask a totally different consultant to help with a stick zipper. And we did most of the dress picking ourselves. She spent a ton of time however, with another group of bridesmaids laughing and joking and talking with them. I understand they were busy.
