I am leaving a two star review instead of giving this place one star because I did end up finding my dress here. However, this was in no way due to the help of any of the staff on site; my experience was terrible. I had looked at dresses at another large chain in a local shopping mall before making my appointment at this location of David's Bridal in Charlotte , NC. I went to David's Bridal wanting a great experience. That's what I expected. My consultant didn't listen to what I wanted, at all. I did NOT want a fitted dress. I did NOT want a flair mermaid dress. I did NOT want a big, formal dress with a train. That's ALL she brought me to try on. Over & over. Then I overheard her sighing & telling another consultant "she's already tried on 10 dresses." Worse experience ever!! We were told because we didnt know what we were looking for she couldnt help us and we should have known what we wanted before coming to the store.. hardly spoke to us after that. Needless to say we found our dresses elsewhere, and will NOT recommend this place to other brides.

I've been to this location 2 times in the past week (with 2 more appointments scheduled in the next upcoming weeks). I went to davids bridal yesterday to help my Bestfriend shop for her wedding dress. We were so excited we made an appointment to try on a dress she already had in mind. We were assisted by Carrie however our experience was horrible. She never asked what her budget was what she was looking for all she did was grab one dress the one we showed her. we went in Saturday it was so busy which is fine but one hour and a half later I was told I have 15 minutes left which made me feel like I was being pushed out! the consultant was nice. as far as the Hurst location they are rude made me feel like they couldn't help me because I had no appt it was a Tuesday and there was 2 other brides there....and people behind the counter doing nothing.
