Both times I visited I waited an hour for service. This most recent visit I wanted to try the dress they had to order because there is none in stock at the location. Since they don't offer you to try it on upon pick up they made me wait 30 min not making eye contact or checking availability until I was upset and ready to leave. It was overwhelming. My daughter and I came to OKC specifically to shop at Serendipity for her prom dress. After leaving there in tears due to hateful salesgirls, we ended up finding the perfect dress in your store! Our stylist was not helpful at all. She wanted me to do all the work for her . When I ask her if she had other dresses that my daughter can try on similar to what she already trying on .... she look at me ... hmmm I don't think so! Really? So we left!

The alterations lady I worked with for my first fitting was very rude AND she charged me WRONG! My second fitting started out great! Jessica was fantastic, and she looked amazingly professional!! But as I proceeded to finish up my appointment, my mom and I over heard a lady taking VERY loud, stating " getting married is a mistake!! Don't do it, don't do it!!" The staff here was so incredibly rude to my daughter. She walked in and some of the staff were sitting there. Not a single one asked her if they could help her. She purchased some bridesmaid shirts and AFTER she paid for them, the lady tells her they're not returnable. She'll be going to Wedding Inspirations for her dress where her patronage will be appreciated.

I would like to give this zero stars, but because of previous experiences that were good, I will very generously give it one. I have previously come to this location to buy two prom dresses, which were very expensive and my experience then was absolutely amazing.
