Absolutely the worst service ever! My daughter got a wedding dress and 5 bridesmaids dresses and was treated horrible by the staff. Totally understaffed and no care at all! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My sister ordered my nieces dresses over the phone. She provided card info as well. The next day her card was charged for a tv and Xbox through Walmart. Better yet, the order was to be delivered to a store in Milwaukee. There is no proof that the associate took my sisters card info for her own use. But it is very suspicious!

I ordered a prom dress from here in February and it still hasn't come in when they said it would be in by March 7th and I called multiple times and now they say it wont come until the day before my prom date. I also had a friend who ordered a dress here the same day I did and it has already come and is already altered.

I would have had an ok experience but they lied to me when I asked if a dress could be ordered. They said it could not be and that I'd have to buy the sample dress. When looking online later, I saw that they did have the dress in my size available and for the same price I could of bought a new dress. It is sad that they take advantage of women when they are caught up in a moment.
Okay so I've had the pleasure to visit this location two times to find the dress for my big day! The first time I went there, the service was fantastic! However, I went on a Saturday in January (the sales ladies did warn me that weekends in January are crazy) , and I didn't listen. It was crowded over whelmed, associates were double booked, and unable to give any bride the experience they truly deserve. RUDE RUDE RUDE, and we were the only customers in the store!!!! Very unprofessional, and poorly dressed. Raven on the other hand showed up as we leaving, she was nice and presentable, though it wasn't her fault, it was too late. We came to the store on San Pedro where we were welcomed as soon as we walked in by Liz.

I was in this specific store twice and both times I felt as if I wasn't worth anybody's time. The first night we were there, we had called and made an appointment. We walked in the door and not one person turned to even acknowledge us. It took about 20 minutes before we were greeted. The rep that greeted us was helping at least 3 parties at once and was getting flustered. We tried on a few dresses and set up a profile for my wedding.
