I went with my daughter Saturday. We had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes for them to get to us. It was very hot in the store. We had already found dresses for her to try on by the time the stylists Diane was ready for us. We ask the stylists if she had any suggestion which she didnt. All she did was hang the dresses back up. They only had two registers open. So we had to wait 10 minutes to check out. David’s bridal has legit the worst customer service they won't do anything to help you. Online or in store they just tell you that you have to rebuy the dress online because they sent me the WRONG SIZE that I ordered online. I ordered a size bigger and they sent me the wrong size. I am never going to be shopping at this place as long as I live. What a damn sham. They expect me to rebuy the dress then ship the wrong one back when they are the store I bought it from. DONT SHOP HERE.

Crappy service. More like no service. Just a bunch of catty "sales" women standing around chatting.... walked around won my mother and a girlfriend, holding a couple dresses to try on... Zero help. Have friends who also had bad experience/same experience here. Rather spend my money somewhere small and local anyway.

I have to say I was not happy with my appointment with David's Bridal in Fort Myers at all.. I'm Mother of the Bride, my daughter is in Mich.. where the wedding will be held.. I showed the girl what I was looking for, more in the bridesmaids area, not Mother of the bride.. so where does she take me, M of the B.. No that's not what I want.. after all that I pick what l'll try on (none of which were on my favorites) why you ask, because she couldn't find any.. anyway I tried on 3 and asked each time what colors thay can in.. ... read more

I am not a bride to be BUT I want to tell you what a pleasant lunch I had with two of the employees there at David's bridal. They had nothing to gain by being so sweet and pleasant during our lunch, Patricia and Seth were talking about helping brides on their wonderful day and I could see the fulfillment and the willingness to go above and beyond to assure the day was just perfect! I hope that all of your employees are so much fun!

When I went in to pick up the "brand-new dress" that I had ordered I received a dress that was a size too big and had clearly been worn and or tried on previous times. The manager there Kimmy was less than happy about the situation and took it out on me? They agreed to return my dress and get me a brand-new dress in the correct size and she made it seem as though it was my fault. I am very disappointed and still do not have my new dress! They don't even deserve 1 star. Too bad you can't put 0. I have never had such continual bad experiences than I have with Davids Bridal in Greenville, NC. I will start from the beginning. I initially went in to look for wedding dresses, with an appointment, in September of 2016. Everything I asked for the consultant brought me the complete opposite. I asked to try on a dress on the mannequin and she told me that it was nowhere close to my size so I couldn't try it on. She kept disappearing and having to help other people. ... read more

Went last night, after waiting 30 min was told our consultant wasnt coming. Then was told someone else would help us but she was working right now with another bride. Waiting, and ended up leaving. Not a professionally run place. I would never go and would never recommend.
