When told by the store to go onto their website to favorite the dresses you want to try on so they are ready when you get to the store, you might do it. Well I did. The consultant had the sheet printed out of the dresses, but she told me the numbers and pictures dont match so it would take her a while to find the right dress. I told her it was fine we can try going by the little pictures. She left for 10 minutes to get a bra and slip. Then to go and get a dress. They dont inforce rules for all peoplr. We had just bought a dress for my cousin. I walked to get a drink because we were already there for 2 hours and when i come back im not allowed in because of my drinks. Everybody had a drink near the dressing rooms but the lady at the front got an attitude with me about it. I told her that there were people back there with drinks already. Her response was that they must have put it in their purse walking in. Horrible taste in my mouth and will never buy my wedding dress from here!!!

Out of the 2 Bay Area locations I shopped at this one was the least chaotic and organized. One thing I think could use improvement is letting the customer know when you are stepping away from the fitting room. I went with each of my bridesmaids to try on their dress and when they needed help putting on the dress or had questions our sales associate was nowhere to be found. I took my daughter here to get her Prom dress as she has 2 Proms a week apart coming. We were assigned Alena W. as our consultant. While she helped pull dresses when we first got there (ones my daughter picked ahead of time on the website), we didn't see her much after that. She had people in 3 other dressing rooms at the same time so every time I looked for her, she was with someone else. Extremely poor customer service. 1) We had an appt and our sales rep seem to know nothing and kept disappearing. 2) We were suppose to have a discount applied to our dresses. They told us we could not use it and then a few weeks later allowed someone else in our part to use the discount. When we asked for the refund they said no. 3) The original color that was chosen for our dresses was discontinued and they never told us. My experience was phenomenal! Emily S. was the best ever! She is amazing at her job and I was so happy with her. She made this important day great. She was so happy to help accommodate my every request. I cannot say enough great things about her!!! I found my perfect dress thanks to her!!

Absolutely awful!... we went in there for Bridesmaid dresses which we had an appt for and the place was complete chaos. The girls had to share one room and we had to share an attendant because Obviously they overbooked appts. Honeslty I could go on and on about my appt but let me tell you about my friends inquiry on a bridesmaid dress for another wedding that's in 2 weeks. She ordered it in August 2016... her dress was shipped to a Michigan store not once but twice!?!?!? And the store just had an "oh well mentality"... so th... read more

Went prom dress shopping with my daughter, got there early to look around first. Line was out the door, 1 lady checking in and calling on appointments. Complete chaos, finally got in the store which was MORE chaos! They took her in for her appointment early, which was nice, but then her specialist disappeared with he paperwork!!! She couldn't do anything for 1/2 hour as walk ins kept butting in and no one would help her.
