Unable to find a dress elsewhere, I went to David's Bridal as a last resort. Before heading their way, my friend called to make sure we would be able to try on dresses. We were told we didn’t need an appointment, so we headed there immediately. As we walked into the store, we could see it was typical Saturday afternoon traffic. They stylist assigned to help was nice but not very helpful. First I tell her I am not real sure what style I want but I did know I wanted to try some of the short dresses. She bring only one style out, no short dresses and they are the most expensive gown in the store. After we tell her we want to stay under a certain amount she just doesn't seem very interested in being present to help with the dresses. We had to ask her to show us some of the short dress and that was one of the styles I knew I wanted to try. I wouldn't re... read more

The first time we went in, we went in for my bridesmaids dresses and Megan H was WONDERFUL. I made my appointment to find my wedding dress and I scheduled myself 2 hours (which they confirmed a few days before when they called me) with Megan H. When I got there Megan H was not available for my appointment anymore and it took them nearly 30 minutes passed my appointment time to even get me into a room and start trying on dresses. My stylist Morgan was more than wonderful! Words cannot describe how simply amazing she was in helping me find my dress! She was accommodating in my needs and didn't pressure me with sales talk. In the end, my family enjoyed the shopping experience and I'll have the day dress of my dreams!

Went to David's bridal for my daughter's wedding dress. On Friday they called to confirm that she had an appt from 11am-1pm. Once they got someone to help her, we didn't get into the fitting room until 11:29am. At 12:03 we still had not picked a dress- the hostess Darby said to another employee someone is going to have to check them out, I have another appointment . I went with my future daughter in law, her mother, and one of the bridesmaids. My daughter in law to be had an appointment, but we still had to wait a bit because they were very busy. We were told we could browse the dresses while waiting for her "stylist" if we'd like. The bride to be picked out three choices. Once the stylist came to assist she made no other suggestions. We found our dress!! But I'm not 100% that I want to give my money to this store. With that being said, We didn't have a great experience. First, we arrived at 11:45 for a 12:00 appointment. They open at 12:00, so we waited outside while it was raining because they don't open the doors until 12:00. There are two set of doors that you walk through, I get that they are closed but common courtesy would be to let us wait behind the second set of doors instead of standing out in the rain.
