Worst experience ever,I drive from west palm beach to coral gables for the dress nobody help us, and my daughters hear them ho suppose to help us and nobody what to I don't know so don't worry I go to another place

I had a great experience!! Just wish they didn't book the consultants with more than one bride at a time :(

Went to put my order in for one of my 4 bridesmaids dresses and find out I can no longer order that dress at all. I was told that it could get discontinued but would get a call if that did happen. Well guess what not one of my bridesmaids got a call that the dress was no longer available. They tell me tonight that there is no trigger in their system for something like this unless one of the dresses had been bought. Which this was never told to any of use over 6 months ago. Because I wasn't trying on the big white fluffy wedding dress. The young lady assigned to me made me feel like a second class citizen. There was no bride excitement from her at all.

Komissa was AMAZING! if it wasn't for her I probably would not have bought from David's Bridal. I had a very poor experience at the Lubbock Bridal show. I was trying to talk to the representatives and one representative had no one else talking with her. She looked at me and completely ignored me, took her clip board and talked to other brides. I was kind of disappointed because my daughter bought her wedding dress and that was fine but she bought me a dress since I am her mom and I told my daughter after we got home to call the young lady that helped us yesterday that if I could wait for that dress because I wanted to see if I could find a another dress which I liked better.
