One of my worst retail experiences EVER! They overbooked. Consultant literally told me she was bringing me "the biggest dresses" she has. I'm a 12 to14. I'm sure I'm not one of biggest customers. She brought size 20 and up. Insulting! We had appointment but spent 2 1/2 hours finding our own dresses.

Had my dress altered for $500. The lady doing it was complaining about how much tule my dress had and pretty much called me fat. Way to go Davids bridal

We found the perfect dress for my daughter but her sister and friend are the ones who found dresses for her. We were given an apology at the beginning by the associate assigned to us that she would be helping another girl at the same time. This was unfair to both families. The major turnoff was when she informed us we were over our appointment time and she had another appointment and left and turned her attention to them. The environment was not welcoming or professional. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was very irritated that I had to wait behind another person who did not have an appointment. Also, the sales rep that helped me with my fitting was rude and unprofessional. I waited 30 mins to be measured after I tried on three dresses I did not ask for because they lacked sizes. I had an excellent experience when I visited the Fort Myers David's Bridal with my mother and 2 bridesmaids to find my dress. We had Michelle L. helping us and she was fantastic. She listened to everything I wanted and worked with me to find the perfect dress. She allowed us to look with her to ensure I found exactly what was perfect for me. Despite all the negative reviews on Facebook and google and word of mouth, my good friend decided to still give David's Bridal a shot at being where she purchased her bridal gown. Unfortunately the negative experience started before the appointment even began. Worst customer service ever. We came in for my sister, the bride-to-be, to try on wedding dresses. First of all, they were late to our appointment. Then when the lady finally shows up, she automatically insults my sister's size (she is a small, petite girl) and stated that they probably don't have anything for her. Made an appointment and was early, front desk woman was very nice so was the alterations lady but my lady helping seem to have an issue with my size! Then she stopped helping me to do other things! My brother and I found another dress that I wanted to try on and waited for about 10mins for her to come back and help me, I was able to get a girl from another department to help, bless her heart she really trying and I sent kara helping another bride to be!
