Had an appointment. Got almost no help or attention. Store too busy. Consultants helping multiple people at once. Very nice, trying hard but just not enough staff to give proper help. No suggestions after I got to the fitting room no additional options brought to me based on preferences. Disappointed.

Horrible!!!! The employees were rude. They were overbooked or understaffed or both. Im not sure... I will never purchase nor let anyone I know purchase from this place ever!

Awful service. Not even sure that's what you call it. Confused why they make you make an appointment. Treated me as if I was more of a bother to then than a customer. Left before trying on one dress....that was the worst experience I ever had.

We arrived at David's Bridal with an appt for 6 pm. We stood in line for about 10 minutes, was finally helped, and as our consultant was called up, she said she was actually leaving and that she wasn't staying past 6. We waited for 20 more minutes with no help at all! I would NEVER go back and would never give my money to the shop. The dresses we saw while sorting through them for those 20 minutes were not worth the time in itself. Go to Classic Brides or Lilly Rose. The experience is amazing at both places.

David's Bridal, you lost a customer today. You treated me like a number and kept shuffling me in and out of dressing rooms because you were busy and wanted to get people in and out. I wouldve bought a $300 dress today, but when I asked a girl to help me zip it up, she was too busy and wouldn't help me. This isn't the first time you have done this and now I will not give you another dime. Thanks for treating your customers like garbage.

They messed up our order 3 times and ordered us a dress that does not come in the color the bride wants. Not only did they not refund us but we had to pick a whole new dress to get it on time. We have had nothing but hell from this place.

Chinese dresses, 1000% mark-up, and Friggin rude. For a first time visitor, you should not have judged me for wearing jeans, even though they cost the same as your Chinese dresses. Shame on you. Wal-Mart in disguise.
