I've never been sooo insulted in my life...thanks for giving me the stare down employee at David's Bridal along with the comment "Wow...I don't think we have anything that will fit you...what are you a 00?!?." This was before i even started picking out dresses to try on... To add on to the terrible service, she asked me to pick out 5 dresses i wanted to try on and she only pulled 1/5 and the rest she picked herself and they were all types of dresses I DIDN'T ask for. Giving them a 1 is actually good!! That place has messed up 2 times for my friends wedding first it was her vail then bridesmaids dresses and tried to charge her the difference for their drew up. Very rude to her on phone don't think they have a clue as to what's going on. Friend picked up my dress 2 weeks ago I got an email saying it was in today. Wow. Never again will I go to this store again!!

Shades of "Pretty Woman"... my daughter went there today to buy a wedding gown and none of the sales staff bothered to greet her or offer to assist her in any way, so walked out and took her business elsewhere

I went to the Feasterville store tonight - with an appointment - to shop for a gown for my son's wedding. The service was horrible! Despite the fact that I scheduled an appointment, no one wanted to be bothered helping me. Thank goodness I had a friend with me who looked for sizes and helped me with colors, etc. The woman who checked us in seemed much more concerned with preparing the store for closing than she was with helping me. I will NEVER shop here again!

Honestly I went into this store when I first got engaged to look for dresses for my bridesmaids. The women there just told me to look at the dresses and that was it. No one ever came to see if I needed help or check on me and the store was completely empty. They even wanted to charge for something as simple as color swatches. I have received those complimentary at every other bridal store I have been to. I walked out and never intended on going back in. Last night I decided to give them another chance... I had such a horrible experience when I went to pick bridesmaids dresses I knew I didn't want to buy my own dress from there so I cancelled my appointment. I was so happy my bridesmaids decided to go with a dress from another place. I decided to give them another chance and purchased my mothers dress from here. We ordered it because the dress in the store was torn. They told us it would be in march 3rd. We called before visiting the store and they then said it would not be in until April 4. Just an FYI for all that are looking for dresses, wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses. DO NOT GO TO David's Bridal (Paramus). First, i ordered my dress and they told me it would be 4 months and it was only 2 weeks to get in which is fine. Then I go to alterations and the woman Daniela was very helpful and knew what she was doing. I came back to try it on and they RUINED my dress! And had to "try" to fix it. Then I go back again and they didn't even touch the button that needed to be fixed (still had safety pins on it) and t... read more
