I pretty much found what I wanted on my own when I told the girl that helped me and I can't remember her name she just pointed in the direction for me to look didn't really help me find the color I needed. Had to get a customer to help me zip up.... I felt I was not considered as important as the bride's that were in there trying on dresses since I was just the mother of a bride. I will say the dress I got is beautiful and the price was right

They tell you pick out dresses, which I did, 32 of them. They had none at their location. They don't tell you which location might have them either. They will tell you that you can order it , yet it is non-refundable.

they were extremely over booked and gave us no attention at all and we had an appointment the girls ended up leaving and will look elsewhere

I went to David's Bridal yesterday with my daughter Kayla. We had an appointment at 3:30 Sunday and were appointed a sales associate who took us back and seated our group. She took Kayla to look at dresses and Kayla advised her on what her budget was. She immediately came back to us with her clipboard and asked who was responsible for paying for the dress. I was paired with Holly. She was rude from the start. She told me to look at dresses and pick the styles I like and she would pull them. I then turned around and she was gone. She came back about 5 mins later and asked me what I liked it shower her and she didn't even pull them I have the grab it myself and had it to her. they ignore you if you don't have an appointment. they tell you there's nothing in your size and are unwilling to help you find what you like if you are self serve. We were there on 2-12 looking for my daughter's bridal gown. 1st appointment anywhere in this process. Brought 7 people with us as we were all excited to start this search. Got many annoyed looks when they realized that we were all together. We understood when they told us that there would not be enough seating for all of us. No problems. This would have been a five star rating had it not been for the cost of alterations. I bought a rather expensive dress & was sized according to their choice. The alterations for the said dress was approximately half the cost of the dress!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Ask price of alterations before purchasing from Davids Bridal in Gboro, & save yourself or have a back up alterations person. I am told that not all alterations cost are the same at all locations.
