I had set up an appointment to get my wedding dress from David's Bridal. The consultant had some trouble finding my dresses that I had saved and wanted to try on. She was great about getting me the dresses, but the experience was not what I had expected. I saw my consultant at the beginning of the appointment and only saw him a few more times toward the end. My friend ended up pulling dresses for me. We didn't get to have the platform to try on dresses I had to stand in front of a mirror and people kept walking in front of me. Toward the end another lady helped out, but instead of pulling something closer to what I liked she nudged me to go see if the dress could be altered to what I like instead of pulling more that might fit what I wanted. After a terrible experience at a different David's Bridal, I took a chance and made an appointment at the Woodbridge location. My consultant, Fettouma, was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses based off that. She accessorized the dresses, which helped me visualize what it would look like the day of my wedding and at my venue. Very disappointed in the lack of help that we received today at this location. We walked in without an appointment hoping to just browse the first communion dress options. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience from the beginning. Then, the employee chosen to assist us was not helpful and stood outside the dressing room assuming we weren't in need of any help getting into the dresses. I would never recommend this store to anyone. When we went for a bridemaids appointment, they lost our appointment and had to "squeeze us in." The lady helping us was nice, however she continued to remind us that she was helping multiple other brides and wouldn't be able to dedicate much of her attention to us. I didn't like the fact we had an appointment and our lady was booked with 2 different parties. She was nice but half the time we just stood there waiting for her to pull more dresses while she was with the other party. I felt like we were being treated as walk ins and didn't have the full attention or help as we should have. Also the lady didn't even write down our dress numbers so we had to figure them all out. Unbelievable experience. They overbook appointments. We had a stylist who was overworked and clearly not able to perform her duties. Two changing rooms between 5 bridesmaids and 1 flower girl. Majority of the dresses we couldn't find in our sizes because there had to of been at least 60-80 other people trying on dresses too. It was wall to wall ladies at the clothing racks. It was an okay experience. Really bothered that a lot of other places offer a discount after four bridesmaid dresses and Davids wouldn't offer anything to us
