I'd give the place no stars if I could. Customer Service in the Lake Grove store was very unpleasant. They told me the Bridal gown side was off limits because I didn't have an appointment and the sign for clearance was very misleading. Management was not obliging and they were very rude.

It's a little bit of a chaotic mess in there on the weekends. But we found a dress at a good price so mission accomplished 💃🏻

It was not a good experience at all very disappointed in the service. And they lady that help us was not helpful at all!will be calling the store on Monday!

I originally gave this location a 1 star. However, after yesterday's experience, I have changed my mind. The woman we worked with to try on communion dresses was lovely. And when she noticed something missing from a dress, she went on the hunt and replaced it which I found to be the perfect touch to the dress. A much better experience this time around - I will likely be back whenever I have an excuse too!

The person that helped me names was Morgan I give her 5 stars! She was great helped me a lot and I had to bring my kids with me ( 1 & 2 years old) and they were cranky typical kids and Morgan was very understand of that. Now i had an appointment 6-730. As I tried on the dress I wanted to say yes to one more time to make sure I loved it it was 7:32 and I over heard them pull Morgan aside and say "she still hasn't picked a dress, you need to get her out of here ect." something along those lines just very rude! First my sister had to share a consultant and it took forever. Then we were going to buy or bridesmaids dresses and they stopped taking layaway. It was ridiculous.

We had an appointment at 2 on Saturday. Our consultant worked with us and another group at the same time. We didn't get to start trying on dresses until 2:25. After we selected the dresses and get to the counter we were told they wouldn't be available in time for the brides wedding because they were custom made dresses. This kind of information is helpful to know during the selection process instead of when they are being paid for. Staff is spread too thin.

Bonnie, the woman who helped us , was great. Honestly if it weren't for her being so nice , I would have left. Way too crowed! We were in a corner room . Had to keep moving around to get out of the way of other people. One of the other consultants was so rude! My mom and I brought my aunt to pick out a dress for her to wear for my wedding and we would not recommend David's Bridal to anyone. My aunt is mentally handicap and she has been struggling with understanding that the wedding has not taken place yet. She has been upset and so worried that I got married without her being there.
