I was engaged to be married and my wedding was called off. Had my dress, all the girls had theirs. Never used, tags on no alterations... I am now engaged to someone and asked the managers if i could still come in for final alterations on my dress and to have it cleaned. I had a terrible experience here! The consultant left me in my dressing room alone for awhile, so I called my mom to see what was going on. When the lady (I won't say who) - came back in with a dress that was a million sizes too big she said "well YOURE needy" ... all because I called my mom to see what was going on. Poor customer service.

Found the dress finally but not fond of the consultant at all. After telling her exactly wht i wanted and trying on "all" possible chocies and decide in one she then tells me its 20 weeks to wait for the dress. Um thats two weeks before my wedding and then i have to have alterations which take 4 weeks so after my wedding. My son's fiance and I went into the Millcreek Mall, Erie PA store. We were greeted with, "Do you have an appointment?" We were both too stunned to speak. After stammering out that we just wanted to look around for a wedding gown, the woman said not to take anything off the rack. We were to get her if we wanted anything. That was less than inviting. My daughter and I went to the Dayton mall store today for a wedding dress. We had an appointment for noon, but obviously so did 200 other people!!! The store was so crowded there was not room to stand!!! I understand buying a wedding dress is a special occasion,but there is no reason to bring your whole family and every cryng hungry baby you can find!! I made an appointment with David's Bridal from one of the bridal shows. I showed up yesterday with my bridesmaids for our appointment and they didn't have our appointment in the book. We were taken as a walk in, the consultant was not helpful with my girls and finding dresses. My friend asked if she could make payments on her dress and was told no. Come to find out, it is possible to make payments and put your dresses on hold. Not to mention her dress was ordered in the wrong size.
I not only did I have one bad experience at the Richfield Davids Bridal in MN, but two terrible experiences. The worst was shopping for my bridesmaids dresses. We had an appointment and our consultant Shannon was extremely rude and unhelpful. She basically told us our appointment was over and that she had stayed an extra 45 minutes past her shift to help us and made us feel terrible for taking our time to decide on the dress.
