I am very disappointed with my experience so far. I had an appointment in december with my bridesmaids to find their dresses and decide on colors. Our stylist was assisting A bride with her dress and attempting to work with us at the same time which left us feeling neglected and looking all over the store for her when we had a question. PLEASE do not buy a dress at this store. Our dresses got shipped, mine has a large tear, and after speaking to my taylor he informed my that my seam on the bottom is torn. It hasn't been out of the bag since I got it home. Bridesmaids dress had broken zipper, and hole in it. Came to the store to speak with the GM Linda, and basically was told they wouldn't do anything about it, much less offer a discount for sending me damaged dresses, especially after me spending $2k alone, not counting anyone else. The best service. They were friendly, eager to help. Being plus size, they never made me feel insecure. I would recommend this place for all your bridal needs!!!
Went in today to try and find the undergarments for my wedding dress. The woman I had told me that "my torso may be too large" in order to find anything that would fit correctly. She then brought me one that was obviously too small to try on and disappeared. Never felt more unwanted to be in a store than I did today. I will never be returning.

This past weekend my sister, my mother, grandmother and I went to look for my sisters maid of honor dress. The place was an absolute zoo! I know it was Saturday afternoon, but the amount of people there was slightly ridiculous. Our consultant, Anastasia, always clearly brand new.
