I am very disappointed, because I paid for a new wedding dress and I decided to wait for one because I had time according to the person who sold it to me, and when I put on the dress it I saw it in detail and I realized that it was dirty! What's the point of having an appointment for a dress fitting if 1 person has to do 2 people at once..yet you have TONS of people walking around who work there...and then the short lady wasn't even friendly..was told 1 thing on Sat when making the appt about availability of dresses and now it's something different...and just standing around waiting while shes helping someone else was not cool, especially if store closes n 1 hr...what if we wanted to try on 8 dresses..I understand my teen is the 1 wearing the dress but Im wri... read more

Walked in signed up and they pointed me in the direction of the dresses in was looking for. Helped me into a room and after many dresses I decided on the one unwanted only to find out the zipper broke. Alterations replaced it for free and said they would ship it to me as I don't come to anchorage often. All the sudden the dress is done and they want $15 to ship it... Never was it mentioned I have to pay shipping so you owbi have to find a way to anchorage to get my dress or pay an to much tonshipba small dress. Ggrrrr

Terrible experience. I'm a soon to be bride and went into my dress appointment with some of my bridal party. As I was checking in I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I showed my appointment card and then the women who were checking me in got snippy and told me I didn't have an appointment for another 2 weeks. They then said I guess we can fit you in. I couldn't find a wedding dress there at all. And Don who had a fantastic attitude when he helped my friend pick out her wedding dress just had major attitude with me because I didn't like any of the dresses and they had nothing close to my vision to even try on. Very very small selection. However, what really turned me away is that we decided to go back there for bridesmaid dresses. We had an appointment but our lady was way too busy to even help us. We had to run her down several times to just get all the girls sizes... read more

My fiancée has had nothing but trouble with David's bridal in West Springfield. A word of advice to those who plan on going: save yourself the trouble and headache, and go ONLINE to purchase your dress. You will find better deals, and you will not have to deal with the workers at this institution. If you choose to purchase your dress from this location, do not be shocked to be dealt with in a very short, rude manner. And do not expect anything more than abysmal customer service. Went in on the weekend to find bridesmaids dresses (South Edmonton) and it was just awful in there. So many people, so loud, the change room area was so crowded and we all felt extremely uncomfortable. Only positive thing is that we ended up with beautiful dresses after being put under pressure and reminded that we are running out of time. The staff was nice and the options there are great, but we had a bridal party of 5 of us and they didn't really help us at all and we even had an appointment with them.. they just showed us the dressing room and never saw them again unless we hunted them down.. it was very frustrating by luckily we found a dress on our own that may let them have our business.
