We had an appointment and then told us we had to use 1 changing room for all 7 of us 15 minutes into our appointment. Told the bride (previous to coming to the store) that we could use the military discount on all bridesmaid dresses since 2 of the bridesmaids had military ideas then upon checking out told us we couldn't do that. We were buying 7 bridesmaids dress and it seemed as if because the bride had not bought her dress there, they definitely tried to rush us out of the store. The attendant literally said, "a party with an actual appointment is here, so I need these dressing rooms." We had an appointment... made zero sense. They also push a larger size and say "oh we can alter it for you if it's too big." Of course they want you to need alterations; they charge $100 flat rate just to start! With the possibility of more. On 2/5/17 we had an appointment for 12:30 for the bridesmaids to try on dresses. Our consultant didn't come until it was nearly an hour after when it was suppose to start. She then told us that she had been looking for us for a long time when we had been standing at the front of the store the whole time. Next we went to the back and they told us we could only use four chairs and one dressing room... There were six bridesmaids, the bride and the two mothers. Very small, over booked appointments for saturday. No where to sit so families could view their loved one trying on their dresses. however, our assistant was very nice.

I hope I get my dress delivered to the right place with the right style size and color! Because everything else went wrong! Forgot our appointment, we were only initially given one dressing room for 7 people until the brides mother complained and we got a second one. And then forgot we came apparently because they emailed the bride asking why we'd missed our appointment. It was super silly.

Had an appointment booked for Saturday they gave me 3 email reminders and 2 phone calls you would think after 5 reminders one of them would have been. To clarify what the appointment was for! It was mainly for me to find a wedding dress and one bridesmaid dress when. We arrived we only had an hour and they only had it down that it was for my bridesmaid. The staff had no personality and wasn't very helpful. We left and ended up at Bliss Bridal where I found my dress and had an amazing experience. Shame on you David's brida... read more
