I'd give them 0 stars!! Ordered me the wrong dress size and said they'd fix it for free I still had to pay to have it hemmed up!! Hello if it would have been ordered the right size the first time I wouldn't have to have it hemmed up!! Totally never shopping there again and will tell all my friends not to!! You aren't the only bridal store in town!!!!!
In reference to the $99 bridal dress sale, there was not a great selection, in fact there was only 3 dresses for a plus size bride! The dress was to be altered and what they did was to take a seam out, when they told the bride they would add some material to each side in order to fit right! They would not alter the dress nor did they take the responsibility an refund the bride! They ruined the brides what was to be a very memorable day!
I am in complete and utter disgust right now and currently in the middle of fighting with them and getting married in less than a week out of state. First my jewelry and ha dbag was shipped BROKEN...I returned it with not such a nice note, not such a nice email and also a call. NOOOOO responses ever. I had to dress myself, and put everything back on the rack myself. I had to find my own veil and try to make it work because the lady who was supposed to be helping me didn't help at all. She was running around helping others when she was specifically asked to come help me she said hold on I'm doing something, so they sent someone else to take over what she was doing so she could focus on me... needless to say she still didn't help me. The staff at the front desk ignored our existence as if we were invisible. It was never explain that even though the dress was purchased only 3 months previously they would not honor a return.
The cost of alterations is ridiculous. The online returns is a mess. I still have 2 pairs of bridal shoes because Im so sick of dealing with it. I ordered my dress on line & got my matron of honor dress in store, both priced well & good quality.
