Rude and hateful employees but a great manager that made it a semi better day for my best friend after she was body shamed and felt horrible in what is supposed to make her feel beautiful. I will not shop for my dress here!
I wanted my daughter to go where I got my wedding dress because I had excellent service but she wanted davids bridal. From the beginning it seemed to be a problem , she wanted all the ladies in her wedding to pick out their dresses at the same time. Didn't happen, apparently she had to do this online and couldn't get an actual person to make the appointment ,therefore, she was the only one who could pick her dress that afternoon. I was happy with the customer service all were nice, but the overall performance of David's bridals is a joke. My dress was returned 2 times due to wrong color and it was damaged. I still haven't had my first alteration appointment and my wedding is October 10. I stated that I wanted free alterations due to all the hassle that I have gone through all not necessary. I said if I don't receive free alterations I was going to take my business else where. They said the best they could do was 20% off of my dress price ($79). Not... read more
Horrible service. They sent one of my bridesmaid dresses in the wrong color twice and then told her she had to pay for both dresses if she wanted the correct one! Also one bridesmaid dress came in a little small and we reordered it to be here end of July. Called to see what the status was and it showed it had never been ordered! Just now got the dress in the end of August. I will never work with David's bridal again. Very unsatisfactory.
Bottom line is that they are sales people first. The whole song and dance, acting like they care about your special day is just an act. Once they have made the sale they could care less about your special day. They will offer no services at all if someone else does alterations on your dress. I wanted to have my daughters dress pressed there because its a delicate job and trust they could do it but they refused. Just poor service. Don't go there.
I went with no appointment and they treated me like a princess. This was a great experience I would recommend to anyone. Thanks David bridal customer service was awesome!!!

Seriously worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dress shopping should be fun,they me you feel as if I don't belong there. Joey the " greeter" was the most unkind human being I have ever met. I left and will definitely inform my entire wedding party that we will never be doing business with David's Bridal.
