I will never buy anything from davids bridal again nor will I deal with them. Tonight was my last draw. Such rude people working, don't care about the customer, don't care about the quality of the dress people buy. And push out the door! Unreal!
I went to the place 2 years ago to try a bridesmaid dress on that time I was overweight so I was very hard for me to feel comfortable on any dress , the vendor laugh at me telling me I was what I was and have to deal with it , kept bringing dresses that they were double my size and at the end she left me by myself in the fitting room crying , six month later I went back to pick up the dress and 50 pounds less I looked at her and I said remember me ???? I would give them zero stars but it's not an option.
would not go to David's Bridal to find any kind of dress. When you walk in the door you are greeted by three people and that's all they do. It's like you are doing them a favor by walking through the doors. After looking through the dresses and helping ourselves to veils and shoes, my sister, the bride, was happy with her selections. We went on Saturday to pick up the dress, shoes and veil. We were practically shooed back out the door. I had the worst experience purchasing my wedding dress at Davids Bridal in massapequa. I found a dress fell in love and ordered it. The dress that i tried on was a few sizes too small so we ordered the size the associate reccomended when it came in i loved it but felt like i would be more comfortable if i had like half an inch more space around my rib cage. The 1960 and 45 location has some of the rudest consultants I have ever met. I have heard this location was bad but figured the people writing the reviews were being overly harsh, this location proved me wrong today. I purchased my dress from another location and did not purchase the bra that goes under the wedding dress. Called the 1960 location this morning to ask if they had what I needed in stock and let them know i was on my way to pick one up. Went with a friend who had an appt and we waited forever because the consultant was busy with others who walked in this is not the frist time ive experienced this get more consultants or dont give them more then one person at a time
