I am not a picky person, but the staff was rude. They did not have many dresses in bigger sizes, and when I asked to just slip on a smaller dress just to get an idea, I was told no, it won't fit you.. Terrible...
We ordered our maid of honors dress in plenty of time to arrive for the wedding. When my junior maids dress came in I asked about the other. This was 5 weeks before our wedding, we were informed the dress was never ordered. Its 12 weeks to get the dress so we were basically out of luck. They offered us to buy a lesser dress off the rack but there was no way to get one that hadn't been ripped. We were offered a sorry and that's about it. Apparently David's bridal doesn't want to see any kind of feed back on their page since this got deleted twice!! This needs to be heard and addressed! This was posted by my fiance after her previous co workers were told that none of them would be allowed to attend her wedding even though they had put time in months earlier and it was approved. This was my first experience with wedding dresses. So I came to this store thinking I would get some help, and I'm not very picky actually I am very open minded! When I got there the lady that consulted me was very nice, she told me my attendant was running late, I didn't mind but she went ahead and got me started; got my bra size and dress size, what I was looking for and what I was interested in and wrote it all down for my attendant.
