Worst customer service out of all bridal shops in OMAHA ( I went to 4 different ones)!! I did buy dress from them because when you find the dress, you found the dress. Today I write this to Davids Bridal as a whole. Shame on you ! !! Your customer service on our particular case has been nothing short of deplorable. My future wifes wedding dress has been a nightmare of poor communication from the front desk to back of the house. After several meetings,, STILL !! HER DRESS is Not fixed. I have never had a good experience at David's Bridal, but this most recent one has been the worst. I ordered a bridesmaid dress is March and when it came in in April it turned out the lady ordered the wrong style. I exchanged it and ordered the correct dress. It is now the end of August, the wedding is in 6 days, and I still do not have a dress. Everyone passes the blame/situation on to a different person or department and i have basically been told that it's just a waiting game and hopefully the dress will arrive on Monday.
David's Bridal is by far the worst company I have ever done business with... Buyer be ware this company is horrible my wedding dress came in damaged - solution was reorder and wait till the end of September for it to come in.... Today I get an email that my dress won't arrive until 11/12 our wedding is 11/22.... Insert panic attack! I wish I would have gone anywhere else - nobody deserves all the crap I have gone through dealing with them! Buyers Beware!!!
Absolutely horrible!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend coming here. First, I was lied too about colors that were available in dress options. Then I was told a manager would contact me and 2 months and many phone calls later, no call back. I had my dress altered, and came back in and the alterations weren't completed (for example, I paid to have the straps removed and dress taken in)...now, I can clearly see the straps still on the dress yet, they still wanted to charge me again for the same services! I just drove over an hour to get here, walk in to start looking for an evening dress and the lady was very, very rude to me and told me we are not open yet how did you get in?? Uhh...opened the front door and walked in!! Don't get mad and pissed off at your customers for something you did wrong!!! #headingtomacys
Had almost no help with 10 girls all the front avoiding doing their job while I clip my own bridesmaids in their dresses.
Absolutely the worst experience my bride to be has ever had. Worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Will never go back or refer anyone to this store or company!
