By far the worst customer service in a long time. Th manager Nelly was rude and childish and I've never delt with someone as unprofessional as her. " Honey" is not my name and for you to think it's okay to address your customers like that is ridiculous! I would not recommend this location just because of the lack customer service alone.
Future brides... go somewhere else! Had a bad experience overall! And definitely get your alterations done somewhere else because they charge you an arm and a leg!!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Their customer service is completely terrible!!!!! The dresses are fine it's their employees they need to work on they're not polite, welcoming, or accommodating!!! They're mean!!
My finances first dress was slanted at the bottom when she went in for the final fitting. So they ordered another one and they made a appointment for her to come try on the second dress. Dress wasn't even ready, they didn't bother to call and tell us. So now she has to wait another week.....are wedding is in less than 2 weeks!!
I had a terrible experience here. I had an appt and the girl didn't help me AT ALL! Didn't give any suggestions, didn't bring any dresses or even help find sizes. Thank god my mom was there to help. It was one of the most frustrating experiences and I will never go back or recommend them!
I work in customer service, and if I were the manager at this location I would be embarrassed. I'm a younger bride, I'm 20. And at my first appointment at David's bridal the consultant did not care what I wanted. She differed to my mom on what to have me try on. I was asking for a specific style and she kept telling me it was not what my mom wanted. I ended up finding one dress that I sort of liked, and she pressured me into agreeing to it. Ur really being sooo nice about this.. But glad you posted something because this is a very important day for ALL brides!!! And to know that a business that IS IN THIS BUSINESS!!!, would be sooo flippant about this type of situation deserves to called out on the carpet!!! I also think MR DAVID should be making a GREAT EFFORT not only to rectify this issue but PERSONALLY CONTACT YOU & apologize!!!
The customer service at the lone tree CO location is horrible. No one there actually wants to help you. They tell you you can't use the $20 discount from a bride purchasing her dress there with a not very discounted dress. Then when you want help, they make you wait and repeatedly walk away. They just really don't want to help their customers. Such bad service.
