Congratulations on maintaining David's Bridal's reputation as the Wal-Mart of bridal stores. The sheer incompetence of your staff is astounding. First of all, your bridal consultants don't know that in-store and online inventories are ENTIRELY separate so when one of your girls told me that a dress was not available for four months and forced me to buy a nonreturnable dress that I hated she was wrong. Arrived for scheduled appt. Checked in and waited, and wandered around the store some more, and waited. Did I say waited? Finally, girl comes takes one look at me, has this look on her face like she had won the booby price by getting me as a client. I had a list of dresses that I liked (Had put many hours into it) with my favorite two dresses marked clearly. She says, "Oh, are these off the sales rack?" This store has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favour.. do not buy anything here.
Well March of 2015 I went to this david's bridal for my appointment to pick out my wedding gown when we first arrived the staff was nice greeted us but automatically thought I was there with out an appointment so when they found my paperwork for the appointment they stated it shouldn't be a long wait take a look around and we will call out your name 45 minutes later I asked the girl up front how much longer did we have too wait she said did you sign in and I said yes then she said what's your name I told her then she said we... read more
Cried in the store two times. Just picked up my daughter's dress for my wedding. It doesn't fit right (again) and there is no time left. Once u buy it u don't get ur money back if it comes in wrong! Just an fyi for any one going there to get a dress!
If you could give no stars that would be better!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! The Dress I ordered was missing a clasp and I was talked to so rudely on the phone by alterations and by managers I would rather pay someone to fix then go back there and have them sew the small part in for free! Ridiculous I don't know how they are still in business! Should have listened to people when they said not to buy from David's bridal!
Very poor customer service. Waited over 10 minutes to sign in. The women at the front told me i would have someone to come help, which no one did. The staff were very rude. As I was waited to try on dresses I was rudely told to go back to the front to sign in which I did when I walked in. I will never come back to this location. Sticking with the Clearwater one. Also, parking was a disaster!
The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because I paid $89.95 for a corset and the original price tag underneath said $64.00, so I am feeling ripped off!!!!! (I called them and asked why this happened, and there answer was that is the price in the system & at one point it was that price) I can it being a higher price then going down but I have never ever seen a price be low then go higher!!!!!!!
