One of the worst experiences I've ever had! Customer service was horrible, no greeting or "someone will be with you asap" I stood there in front of three workers and no one asked if I've been helped. I asked someone if I could try on my dress that I paid $2000+ ,she gave me attitude for requesting to try on the dress. She claimed to be the manager. My daughter found her dress and it as just wanted she wanted. Then the alteration nightmare began! It wasn't ready on time, the alterations were done wrong and had to be redone. We live 2 hours away and it meant two trips for her dress that we didn't need to make had they done their job. We had two mishaps during the wedding festivities where her straps came loose from the dress. I would not recommend their alteration dept at all!
Worst experience ever. Terrible service. The girl just put random dresses on me even though I told her what I wanted. She then proceeded to put a crown on me each time even though I said I did not want. I left upset. Luckily I went to the dress gallery after that and found a gorgeous dress and had a great experience. And I spent more money because of the experience. David's bridal shower loss. DONT GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!
My girlfriend purchased her dress there. They held the dress till she was ready for the alterations. They kept calling her wanting her to pick up the dress. This Saturday she went and picked up the dress and the manager who originally told her if she changed her mind she could pick a different one or do something else totally shrugged her off and didn't live up to what she said.
I had a pretty terrible experience and the customer service is lacking. After a bizarre and irritating experience throughout my time there, I was then asked to fill out a Yelp review. They must have been joking! Edit as of 9.1.15 - I went back to pick up my garment and shoes and the staff was completely different and all of them were super helpful and nice. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, it was a completely different experience. So I am giving it a three star and editing my one star review.
I wouldn't go here again. I got married June 19th this past year. My dress was lovely, but I didn't realize they wouldn't keep it in store. I had to store it. Fine. But it was delivered to my mom's in a box and just left on the front porch. Livid. Same with my shoes. I got my dress the day before the wedding and the bust didn't fit at all-- Susan and Janet were all over it, and I got my dress that evening. My shoes were also not dyed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dealt with this store, and the Port Huron store.I was very unhappy with my experiences with David's Bridal. I'll start from the beginning. After being warned not to get my wedding dress from David's Bridal, I decided to anyway. After telling the associate that I was working with, multiple times what my budget was, she continued to put me in dresses that I couldn't afford. I had a terrible experience. Abominable customer service. Went in exactly three months before a wedding for a bridesmaid dress. Was told they didn't have the correct dress in store but they would fit me, and would have the real dress sent to the store ASAP. After the fitting, they took my money and I hadn't heard from them in weeks. They said they would notify me when the dress arrived.
