Horrible customer service and policies. People need to be more professional and less childish and know what your selling.
This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had! You would think bridal consultants would be considerate and helpful but it was anything but! I went there in June for a bridesmaids fitting for my best friends wedding and when I walked in she had me fill out my name, number, and email. I have Tourette syndrome and my tics were really acting up that day. I know it wasn't the easiest to read but our consultant took one look at it, laughed, and said to me, "I can't read this at all! They discontinued the dress and the color of my fiancee brides maids dress. We found out when 2 of the brides maids went to get fitted today. My fiancee pick the color and dress 6 months ago!!! Now the 3 brides maid who bought the dress already are out $$$$ and the color scheme to the wedding must be changed. What upsets me the most.....NO ONE contacted us at all. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in retail! I've been through so much unnecessary PROBLEMS with this store. From being quoted WRONG alteration charges to being treated so rude in the store. The manager even gave me a refund for all the trouble and every lie I've been told because the consultants can't keep the story straight and when I went to get my refund with my bridesmaid the manager couldn't even act like a professional adult and accept the fact that I told her that the $200 does not equal out or fix my ... read more
